In recent years, Ethnic Studies has gained a stronger place in both K-12 and Higher Education in Texas. Even as the rise of nativism and the open display of white supremacy have charged the discourse at the national level, pockets of resistance have developed and grown. Come listen to educators, administrators, students, and community leaders who have helped to carve out spaces for Ethnic Studies in universities, districts, and classrooms.
